One thing I've changed about using AI for commercials:
I don't expect the first generation to be the final cut. For this bullet-time product ad, the workflow was:
GPT-6 Astra → 3D white model CapCut PC → bring in the model Seedance 2.5 → generate the footage CapCut PC → bullet-time + speed + pacing Edit Pilot / AI Extend → refine where needed The AI gets me most of the way there.
