Traditional commercial workflow:
Concept → moodboard → storyboard → production → footage → edit → revisions.
AI workflow I’m experimenting with:
Concept → GPT Image 2.5 → storyboard → Seedance 2.5 → CapCut edit.
GPT Image 2.5 is coming to CapCut, where it will be available through Design Studio and AI Image.
The interesting part isn’t removing every step.
It’s connecting the steps so the creative direction doesn’t get lost along the way.
