AI video is getting better at generating images. The next question is whether creators can actually direct the shot.
GPT-6 Astra starts from the 3D scene, mapping the space and establishing camera + character movement within the Viewport.
I then manually brought the scene into CapCut PC, used Seedance 2.5 to render the video, and continued the edit in CapCut PC.
That feels less like asking AI for a clip and more like giving it a production plan.
Maybe that’s where AI filmmaking gets really interesting.
